About me

Hi, I'm Patti

Like so many of you, I am average. I don't have college degrees or a long Christian heritage. I became a Christian at 17 and got married at 18.

Not long after, when I was down on my knees asking for God's help and guidance, I had no idea He would lead our family into a 30-year homeschool journey. Together with my husband, I taught our eight children from start to finish. It suited all of us well. We all learned, and we all matured.

Today our children are in their 20s, 30s, and 40s, doing some pretty wonderful things in the world, and we have sixteen grandchildren. I never thought there would be life for me after those full, busy years. As it turns out, there is.

Why I coach

Along the way, so many women were mothers and sisters in Christ to me. They taught me, strengthened me, and encouraged me. My prayer is that I can be that for you.

In 2021 I became a certified Bible-based life coach. I'm now deepening that training through Dr. Edie Wadsworth's Life Mentoring School coach certification program.

What I offer most is perspective. I've lived through the overwhelm, the moves, the hard seasons, and the questions about what comes next. Now I'm far enough down the road to see the bigger picture, and I love helping other women see it too.

One promise

I'll be honest and transparent with you. Hopefully there's some wisdom to be gleaned from my story. If there is, let God weave it into yours. Don't do something because I did; things done for that reason never last. Do it because it's part of God's plan for your life.
